State Farm® Insurance Agent Nate Baldwin

"Disappointed in this agent and the way I was handled as a customer
When I called about filing a claim for wind damage to my roof on my home, Nate told me if I filed I would likely be cancelled. Nate also said it had to be a sudden accidental incident.
I had received 4 roof contractor bids they all stated to me the roof was wind damaged.
A State Farm adjuster NaCole B. came out after few weeks waiting, sat on my roof, asked for a shingle from the roof for submission to the ITElab and told me it was my responsibility to ensure no further damage. Then filed her report for damage to repair and replace 4 shingles a few weeks later.
I asked to see the Adjuster NaCole B. report. NaCole B. Would not allow me to read her report.She would not tell me why and quit answering my email request. I also stated to Nate that it appeared someone had went in and labeled all my photos I submitted as if an inspector had taken them.
Nate didn’t bother to contact me until I called him and said I was not happy about the way things were handled and that I was going to write this review. Then he came out looked at the pictures and said the roof was worst than he thought and said he would make some calls. I had to call Nate back again to find out if he was able to get NaCole’s report for me and he said he had talk to her boss but couldn’t give me his name, but that I would have to contact her he couldn’t do anything
My experience with State Farm Nate B. and the adjuster NaCole B. was very disheartening
I later cancelled and will not use SF again"
